Ingredients
- 1/2 Avocado sliced
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 green apple sliced
- 3 dates
- 1 tsp Chia seeds
- 2.5 cups almond milk
- 1 tsp sugar (optional)
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder (optional)
Srves: 3 medium glasses
Method
- Blend 1/2 cup almond milk, apple slices and dates till well blended
- Add spinach and avocado and blend for 1/2 minute.
- Add remainder almond milk
- Stir in chia seeds and serve immediately.
